Every morning the wholesome smell of fresh bread floats around my house, this is thanks to the Cuisineart bread maker. It's a great invention, and requires little effort to make excellent bread. You only have to pour in the ingredients and the machine makes the dough, neads it and bakes it all for you with no interference needed. You can choose from 14 preset breads that include gluten free and artisan bread. Or you can try out one of the more advanced recipes from the provided cook book such as cinamon rolls and banana bread. Unfortunatly for some of the recipes you have to but in certain things when the machine tells you.
It takes 50 minutes to make the most basic bread, however some recipes will take numerous hours. My favorite thing is that you can program it so that it cooks over night and then it is timed so that the bread is finished just in time for breakfast. The Bread is very tastey, especially when warm. It is generally not amazing but by far beats store bread. The only problem is that some breads have a too think crust. Oh well. It's still a great contraption and despite the price will save you money over time if you use it enough.
