Demigod is like no other RTS I've ever played before it somehow manages to seamlessly blend elements from the RTS and RPG genres and fuse them into one and let me tell you the experience is something quite unique. You start off by choosing a map in which to do battle and then deciding on a victory condition and then on to the fun stuff each player than selects a Demigod from one of the available eight. Players are now split up into two different factions The Forces of Light and the Forces of Darkness. At the beginning of the game they is a almighty frenzy to destroy the opponents base and to upgrade your citadel but I found you can't just create a massive army and attack you will need to be quite tactical in your approach. As expected your Demigod is the star of the show with special unique skill trees specific to each one the player has a variety of options and skills he or she can invest in. I was disappointed at the fact that this game lacked a single player campaign so you'll have to get the guys over for a LAN party or just play with the Bots to truly enjoy the wonders of this game.
