This is it, the Holy Grail lipstick I've searched far and wide and cheap and pricey for.
I truly adore this colour. Not many colours work for my very fair skin, and it works just as well when I'm pale in the midst of winter as when I've got a bit of a summer glow.
It's not as light as the swatch online may have you think--certainly not a milky tone. It's not terribly muted nor is it nude in the classic sense; it's very much a bright, light pink. A sophisticated bubblegum that adds fun to grown-up lips! Snob has blue, cool tones, so watch out--it is likely to clash with some skin colours. Give it a whirl to amp up blue eyes; the contrast and colour-play is gorgeous!
Snob's official texture is satin, which doesn't seem to stay on as long as the matte MAC colours. It is slightly drying to the lips, as the matte/satin colours tend to be. This is spot-on if you desire a light colour that won't wash you out or make your lips fade into the background of your face, overpowered by the rest of your makeup. If you're looking for a nude with some attitude, here it is! One tip for a cleaner look and longer-lasting effects: put on an ample amount of non-greasy lipbalm, apply a touch of foundation over lips and allow to dry before putting on Snob. Divine!
