We bought this treadmill about 3 years ago, and it has been serving us very well. Image 19.0 R is very basic, without fancy features like TV screen or Internet access, but it has everything I personally want and more. The speed range is from 1 to 10 mph, which offers plenty of choices, whether you prefer to walk or run. The speed and incline are easily changed by pressing buttons on the console. There are 6 pre-set trainer programs and 2 cardio programs that will automatically adjust speed & incline settings, creating effective workouts. Each program lasts for 30 minutes, some of them are rather hard, others are easier to do. There is also a 10, 000 steps program: you can punch in the number 10, 000 (or a leser one if you don't have much time) and watch it go down as you exercise. I like it, it makes me want to exercise longer to complete the assignment.
The treadmill comes with a heart rate strap that goes on your chest, and then you can see your pulse rate shown on the console. If you do not want the strap, you can always check your pulse by placing your hands on the built-in handle sensors. The console also shows the amount of time you have been exercising, distance covered, and calories you have burned. I hear that these calorie counters are not very accurate, but it still helps to know at least approximately how well I am doing.
During out 3 years of use, we have not had any trouble with this treadmill, no repairs or replacements. It is a good and reliable product.
