Just when I thought I should stop buying rubber stamps, along come the clear acrylic stamps which I have fallen in love with. As with this Penguin Pandemonium set of 8 stamps from Inkadinkado, I have paid less for these eight than I would have paid for one rubber wood mounted stamp.

The difference between a normal wood mounted rubber stamp and these new clear acrylic stamps is that the acrylic stamps cling like magic to an acrylic mount (another review) and you can tell exactly where your design will appear on your card or scrapbook page. You can reposition them over and over again, mount several stamps on one mount to make a scene or add phrases.

This set of penguins and phrases from Inkadinkado comes with two storage sheets that hold your stamps. I then keep these in a 3 ring binder inside a sheet protector. Now I can just flip through the pages and find the stamp/stamps I want. How much easier can it get?

My youngest daughter loves penguins so I couldn't resist getting these. There are 5 adorable penguin stamps along with 3 phrases:

**Penguin with a pile of snow on his head and being snowed on.

**Three penguins standing on top of each other putting the star on top of the Christmas tree.

**Penguin wearing a striped scarf

**Penguin on a snowboard, helmet on and flying down a slope.

**Penguin wearing a Santa hat and roasting a fish over a campfire

**Three phrases: Season's Greetings, Wishing You A Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays

Cleaning these acrylic stamps is a breeze. No special rubber stamp cleaners are needed. I keep a slightly wet dishrag to which I've added a little dish soap and rub the stamp back and forth onto this when I've finished stamping. Then I have another dishrag which just has clean water on it and rub it on that. A little swipe over a clean dishtowel and the stamp is ready to go back on your storage sheet and you're done!

I'm sure the craft industry will keep us busy buying new and improved items but I thought nothing would ever replace a traditional wood mounted rubber stamp!!
