I have been using Intel Pentium 4 as my processor for about 2 years now. And to tell you the truth I am not at all happy with its performances. I doubt that it may be my configuration does have an effect on the performnace, but I think that the processor is 70% culprit of all the mishaps.
An intel pentium 4 is good in all ways except the fact that it cannot multi-task on low configuration such as a 250MB ram. I have been using it for quite some time and the problemI had from begining was that it couldn't perform several tasks simlataneously. If I a listening to musoc as well as working online, then after sometime the computer gets hanged. And that really pisses me off. One good thing is that it does perform well inless you are multi-tasking. All operations are normally fast enough. But now-a-days you simply cannot avoid multi-tasking when you have so much to do and so less time.
The processor works quite well when not putting up a big load on it.Microsoft XP works best with it.
