I went to Sacramento with my classmates and we ended up having rooms booked in the Best Western Hotel there. I don't go to hotels all that often, so bear with me.
It was a very nice place. The lobby was casual and there was even a computer there for people to use. The service was...somewhat friendly. They didn't really greet you unless you greeted them, but from there they were pretty nice.
The rooms were accomodating. They came with a hair dryer, towels, an ironing board, TV, etc. It was pretty neat and clean when we arrived and I would talk about the cleaning service, but we kept the privacy sign on our door and ended up trashing the place pretty badly. So we never really got to use the cleaning service. Haha.
What was nice about the hotel was that it came with a continental breakfast unlike the other hotel we were supposed to stay at which let us get to know our fellow tourists.
I really enjoyed my stay there though. No matter what other people think about the place, I loved it. It was my home away from home.
