InverterThe microwave we had finally died. We had it for almost seven years and we knew death was imminent. We decided to replace it with an Inverter Microwave. This has become one of the best kitchen investments we've made.
I love my Inverter Microwave. I can cook almost anything in it. The Inverta is very spacious and has a crazy amount of cooking features and times. I've found the super defrost settings the most convenient. There are times when dinner must be made quickly and we don't have time to defrost two pounds of meat over four hours. Super defrost gets it done in less than 10 minutes.
We also enjoy the breakfast cooking feature. I eat a lot of hot cereals and oatmeal for breakfast. The Inverter seems to cook it at the perfect temperature every time. I could go on and on about all the useful cooking options. No more "High Power" microwaving for me!
Be careful as to where you put your Inverter Microwave because it has different ventilation that normal microwaves. There's special ventilation on the left side. If you put it too close to the stove, you may get hot oil in the vents. Too close to the sink can make it susceptible to water damage.
Otherwise, the Inverter is a great investment. It's the only microwave I've ever bought that makes it real easy to cook healthier foods while keeping the taste fresh. If you have the counter space, get an Inverter.
