My sister-in-law recently told me that she had lost close to 40 pounds in about 5 months. When I asked her how, she told me she had found a new diet pill made with AcaiBerry. AcaiBerry... what in the world is an AcairBerry. I never heard of anything like that before.

After some thought I went online and did a lot of research on not just this berry but also the product she was taking called AcaiBerry Diet. What I found is that AcaiBerry is about an inch-long purple fruit which comes from an acai palm tree located in Central and South Africa. It is the realtive of the Cranberry and blueberry and is said to have antioxidants as well as prevents diseases caused by oxidative stress such as heart disease and cancer. It is also said that the acai berry has several substances called anthocyanins and flavonoids. Anthocyanins are responsoible for the red, blue and purple colors in certain fruits and vegetables.

After doing my research on the acai berry, I went ahead and did some research on this AcaiBerry Diet product made by Natrol. I found that there are a lot of companies that offer a similar product however other reviews are out that say these products just don't work and are a waste of money.

What made me buy this product? Well, after talking to my sister-in-law and also listening to her friends who have tried this product (which you can find at any store and not waste the $50 for those other mail order programs), I decided to give it a try.

I started this product about 2 weeks ago and already I feel the difference. My appettite is less than it used to be and I feel a little heathier. For example: I used to eat two helpings at dinner and snack during the day. Since I have been taking this product I find that if I eat a small breakfast in the morning, I'm not hungry until lunchtime. I then eat a small lunch and then at dinner time I only eat half of my portions.

This product doesn't give you a meal plan however if you go on the maker of the product's website (www.natrol.com) you will find that they do provide you with ideas of what to eat while you are taking this product. I found that to be very helpful since I don't know how to eat healthy.

I would reccomend this product to anyone who is looking to loose weight... whether you are obese like I am or just need to loose 10 or 20 pounds, it still works. The best part is that you don't have to go online and spend the outragous amounts of money for somethingt hat just doesn't work.
