It peeves me to prepare gelatins and pour them onto different containers. I just want the gelatins to have the same shape as much as possible. Well, this is rather odd but it is my preference. Knowing how finicky I can get when I prepare gelatins, my friend gave me this jelly molds as house-warming gift when we moved in our new flat few years ago. I really like this jelly molds although their shape or mold is the ever ubiquitious flowery-shaped ones. They are not very big molds so one mold is good for one serving as well.
One box of the jelly molds consists of 6 containers with lids. The molds are made of clear plastic and the lids can be opened comfortably, both the top and bottom part. Another good thing about these molds are they can be stacked to save space when you put them in the refrigerator for cooling and hardening of the gelatins.
Each gelatin mold can hold 200 ml of the gelatins in liquid form.
With this nice gift, I don't have to fret each time I prepare my daughter's favorite dessert.
