Get the snickering over with now please... LOL

I don't know why but everytime someone (especially guys) hears the words Joint Juice they have some type of snarky comment that usually isn't very appropriate so just in case there are any of you reading this review, get it out now and then proceed. LOL

Joint Juice is a relatively new product on the market. It's a flavored dietary suppliment that has the full daily allowance of glucosamine to help hydrate your joints and also essential vitamins and water to hydrate your body.

It's only 10 calories for the entire bottle and it tastes really good! I started drinking one a day hoping it would help my ever so aching joints. The bottle says if you drink one a day you may begin to notice benefits in 4-8 weeks. I'm not quite there yet so I can't really comment on the effectiveness of the joint hydrating aspect of it but I can say I enjoy drinking it.

It comes in 3 different flavors, Lemon, Mixed Berry and Strawberry-Kiwi. All are quite tasty but the Lemon and SK are my favorite of the three. At only 10 calories a bottle it's way better than most (maybe all) other flavored waters on the market plus it has extra vitamins in it too. I usually drink my daily bottle when working out at the gym. It's really refreshing.

A tip from me is to serve it VERY cold, it gets warm fast and tastes better ice cold. It doesn't taste nasty when it's warm just better cold like most beverages.

Joint Juice is also a sponsor of the Arthritis Foundation and I think that is nice. I always like a product that is giving back in some way.

I'll update in a few weeks to let you know if the Joint part of the Joint Juice really works as it claims.
