Well my husband has once again bought a new suit for work. This time he wanted to try a very famous and expensive brand, Jones New York, who also makes women's clothes. He wanted a light colored suit but now a brown or tan so he went with a nice light gray in a Glen Plaid pattern.
He actually knew basically what he wanted and happened across it on Ebay for a very low cost. These suits go from $300 at S&K Men's Wear to about $495 at Macy's. His was under $100. These are desirable suits because they are very well made from top quality materials, usually 100% worsted wool making them very durable and lightweight. The Glen Plaid style is a very upscale and classy look.
This suit is a standard American cut for a suit in the classic two button style. They feature a 4 to 6.5 inch drop from the jacket size to the pant size. The waist band is reinforced for added comfort and durability. It features a slack that is lined in the front to the knee for extra comfort while the jacket also sports a polyester lining with full pleats for extra movement.
My husband is very pleased with this suit and hopes to purchase more suits from this maker in the future and strongly recommends this brand for anyone that wears a suit either everyday or only on special occasions.
