I have to admit I was a little skeptical. I guess that is one reason I waited so long before I tried Mr. Clean's Magic Eraser. As I was shopping, I noticed they were on sale so I figured there was no better time to try the product.

The directions could not be easier. You wet the sponge and squeeze out the extra water. Then you "erase" by using the white cleaning side of the pad to clean the surface. Finally, you use the blue sponge side of the pad to wipe the surface. That is it.

Once I had the product, I could not wait to try it out. When I got home, I found the perfect surface to try it out on. My kitchen counters can be beautiful, when they are not stained. White counters are nice but can be very difficult to keep clean.

My counters were showing stains from tea cups and rust from the bottom of pans. I had tried several products and while some worked, none completely got rid of the stains. That was until I tried the Magic Eraser. I could not believe how easily the stains lifted.

The pads are fairly durable, depending on how they are used. They do lend themselves to more than one use. One tore easily as I used it, but I think I was applying too much elbow grease.

I have used the pads on several different surfaces. I have found that they do not work on all stains, but I am not sure any product works on every stain. I am still very pleased with the results of the product. I would recommend this product and will most likely but it again in the future.
