When my leg developed an injury in December it was thought that there would be some underlying damage that would cause me to have trouble with my leg with swelling from fluid. I went through recovery and therapy and when therapy was over it was decided that from then on I would need to wear a compression stocking.
The therapist said there was one stocking that she liked more than any other stocking and that was Juzo Compression Stockings. They generally come in three colors white, black and beige. I have seen a few in brown tones. They come in a variety of sizes such as I, II, III, IV. Other off brand stockings use the usual s, m, l or xl sizing. They come in a variety of pressures ranging from 9mmHg to 40 mmHg. The higher the number the more compression. They also come in open or closed toe.
I have been using these stockings every day for a month now for about 16 hours a day. Juzo stockings are great. They stay in place and work as they should in keeping down swelling. They are soft and comfortable. The only thing bad is the price. They are pricey but they seem to last. I bought my first pair from a pharmacy but I looked online and found I could save money.
WARNING: See a doctor before using these to get the correct amount of pressure you need and the size. People have to be measured before buying these.
