Kathy Smith's Tummy Trimmers is one of the most effective workout videos I have worked out to and I have worked out to many. To bottom line my review, she really makes you sweat (or "glisten" as I like to call it!).
I try to purchase videos that break down the workouts into sections of about ten minutes at a time because I just cannot spare to do a straight one hour workout because of my busy schedule. This is a workout video that has five subsections to it-standing abs, core abs, boot camp abs, stability ball abs, and pilates mat abs. You can do one of the workouts or combine any of them. I also love the fact that there is variety-if it were just one workout, I would be bored from it. My mind tricks me and says that I will not sweat from working out after ten minutes but if you do these workouts correctly, sweat will definitely pour out of you and will be well worth it!
Kathy Smith is an excellent motivator with a clear, crisp, soothing voice. Usually when I purchase a new workout DVD, I have to pause it a few times to get down the moves but with this video, it was very easy to follow along and I did not have to pause it at all.
This workout DVD is a definite keeper as I am slowly but surely starting to see some results. For those of you who are pressed for time but you want to get in some form of exercise, this video might be for you.
