I am one of those people who has many recipes, over many years. I have cook books and small pieces of paper with recipes written on them. Usually the small papers are put into a ziplock bag for storage, and hidden away in the cabinets. I really needed to find something to organize all those small pieces of paper with recipes, which i have collected over the years.
Shopping at Michaels, i purchased this decorative dessert recipe book. I finally found something i could put the recipes in that could be left out with my cookbooks. The book measures 10" x 12", and inside there are five dividers with pockets for cakes, pies, breads, cookies, and other things. Each individual section has a colorful page that introduces you to that section with a fun page(Have your cake and eat it too!). Also there are five pages inbetween the sections to write recipes on or to take notes, plus you can put recipe cards in the pockets. The book itself is made of a colorful cardboard and with a spiral binder.
This nice looking book is going to be an addition to my kitchen, and cookbook collection. Hopefully there will no longer be little pieces of paper with recipes laying around the kichen area, just this recipe book.
