It can be hard to find the right digital camera. Sometimes, you get something that can only take simple pictures. But they are worth less money, so it's worth it, right?

When I first started out with the Kodak M763 Easyshare digital camera, I thought it wasn't very good. But compared to its competition, it turned out to be one of the most valuable products for its price. At $120, not only is this affordable, but it has all the features you would want from a digital camera. Not only can it automatically correct common image irregularities (like red eye, color levels, brightness levels) but the M763 digital camera also has automatic settings like panorama, or close up.

With a 7.2 MP lens, I didn't really expect much out of it, but it was worth it for a sports journalist like me. With a 3X optical zoom, and an extended digital zoom, I was able to get pictures from a distance, without interfering in the game.

The M763 was really easy to use. With just the push of a button, I was able to turn on or turn off the flash, go through all the pictures, and get rid of the ones I didn’t need. With just the turn of a wheel, I was able to switch settings with ease, and taking a picture was as simple as clicking a button.

For more professional photographers, this camera has the nine grid built right into it. If it’s a little pesky, you can turn it off easily.

If you are in need of taking small videos, you can shoot small 640x480 videos. Unfortunately, taking stills can be hard from these videos, so if you need

that, buy a better camera with HD video capabilities.

Now, all this was extraordinary for the ninety dollars invested. But there is just one problem. As far as I know, there is no way to adjust the shutter speed of the camera. The speed will always stay the same, so very fast action pictures will have some sort of blur on them, and it’s pretty much impossible to take long exposure pictures. Even if you adjust the settings to the sport setting, the pictures are not only taken with delay, but there is also a blur on them.

Overall, this camera is a very good product, and you should certainly buy it. Of course, if you are a more professional photographer, you should buy a Canon, or something better. But overall, it was a good product.
