This was the first dirt jump bike that I owned. This bike is great for a people wanting to get into mountain biking, but because it has some fairly good components it also passes as an intermediates bike. The bike has considerably good geometry; the only thing that could be improved on it is the length of the chain stays. They are a bit long due to the chain stays being made up of 3 separate parts. The medium frame size is a bit large, so you would be better off getting a small or and extra small. The forks are fine. A more experienced rider would prefer a better set of forks. The wheel set is not the greatest. They are light, but lack some strength when needed. The brakes are passable, they are nothing special, but they get the job done. The use of sliding vertical dropouts is a great feature of the frame. This means you can run single speed with ease. If I were to buy another I would get an Extra small and change it to single speed straight away.
