Frankly Speaking, it's a delight using wireless keyboard and mouse if you are an Internet Freak like me. With the labtec wireless media desktop 800, it just became easier. It's a set of a mouse and a keyboard along with a wireless connector that is plugged into the USB.

The connector is an easy plug and play device and my Windows XP installed it's drivers within seconds of attachment. Both are powered by two AA batteries that are supplied with the pack. The mouse feels a little bulkier than usual, since the regular desktop mouse doesn't contain two AA batteries. But talking of the keyboard, it looks classy. I got in love with it at it's first sight, especially the black matte finish. It is very slim as compared to my regular keyboard and I love writing reviews while it is happily resting on my lap. The keyboard is really slim, offers a QWERTY design, moreover, it has one-touch buttons for opening the Internet Browser, Mail, Pausing/Playing Music, Switching to next or previous track, Decreasing volume and increasing volume and also muting it, and finally for search.

There's no problem with the buttons and they make negligible noise when pressed, the numpad and the writing space is good, but keys like Insert, delete, etc have been kept in one line due to it's compact design, but I not at all mind it since I rarely use the keys.

The signals are easily received by the receiver within a room, and you can easily lounge on the bed at one corner and watch movies on your PC at the other corner.
