I bought this power rack about a year ago when it was a fairly new model, and have been nothing but impressed. Assembly was easy and straight forward, with fairly good directions on how to put the rack together. The first thing that I noticed was how strong the cage was. You can litterally swing from the pull up bar and the rack shows no signs of swaying or weakness. Everything on the rack is quality. It comes with 6 J hooks, 4 facing the inside of the rack on each pilar, as with most power racks, as well as two more that are on the outside of the safety bars and so face the outside of the front of the rack. This is a great feature, as it gives you somewhere to rack a barbell when you are doing lifts outside of the cage. The locking mechanisms for the J-hooks and safety bars are easy to use and quick to adjust. You simply pull, slide, and let them lock into place. They always lock securely and give you peace of mind.

The only problems I have had are sometimes when you adjust the hooks or the safety bars, they will scratch the finish on the pilars. Also, the safety bars come with holes that can be filled with dip attachments, which would have been nice, but I have been unable to find them in Canada.

All in all a quality product which I am very happy with.
