Bath and Body has added a new line of Bath Fragrances and gifts, Le Couvent de Minimes. Attracted to the bottle's classic French design and the deep earthy scent I purchased the Home Perfume Formula N 204, Lavender and Acacia.

The bottle is a three and a half ounce glass globe, that has a raised image of the company logo in glass on the front. With the fragrances light lavender color it is definitely attractive enough to keep out in the open on a shelf. I use the fragrance liberally, as needed, and the amount is enough to last a long time.

As a fragrnace, the Le Couvent line works very well. One squirt in my living room and the fragrance quickly diffuses throughout the connecting rooms, no fans or coils needed. The scent lasts for several hours, but if I begin cooking during that time the smell is covered up. That is the only fall back in comparison to the plug ins that keep releasing smell even when you do cook. One quick squirt though and you are back on track.

One of the main reasons I bought the perfume though, and why it continues to remain my favorite, is the pure lavender smell. Too many lavender products are fouled up by the addition of other scents to make them a little les earthy. I appreciate that even though there is acacia in the scent, it does not change the smell of the lavender. You get a full punch of lavender, and a complementing acacia scent that works on its own. Wonderful.
