I love all the Walk Away The Pounds workouts, but the Super Fat Burning 3 Mile Walk is without a doubt one of my favorites. Walk Away The Pounds is great for someone like me, who isn't very coordinated - in other words, I'm pretty bad at all those "dance" workouts. It's easy, maybe even fun, and it goes by fast. Leslie Sansone is a very motivating, energetic instructor (perhaps even too energetic, hence the 4.8), but she is a lot of fun. There are four different basic "moves" in the workout - basic walking (marching in place), side steps, kicks, and knee lifts, nothing too hard or that could cause pain. Leslie always encourages good posture so that helps as well. She lets you know when you've hit the 1, 2, and finally 3 mile marks. And the other fun thing is that she incorporates light hand weights (she has special 2lb balls available to purchase), to tone your upper body while walking! All in all, Leslie Sansone is one of my favorite instructors, and Walk Away The Pounds definitely helps you lose those extra inches!
