She was talking about how she started eating raw and how it changed her life, no more allergies, never gets a cold all that good stuff, she had me sold, so i went out looking for her book.

The book is called Eating in the Raw. Carol is very honest and practical, plain english, easy to understand, products she recommends are easy to find, and she even tells you where you can purchase and how much you can expect to spend. At the end of the book she lists a bunch of grocery, specialty and resteraunts that sell raw foods.
