This recumbent stationary bicycle is easy to use and is great for a quick easy workout. However, the seat is extremely uncomfortable and it is difficult to use for a long preiod of time. I can never seem to get the seat length from the pedals in the right place. I always seem to have it too far or too close and can't seem to get it just right. There are handles in front of the display monitor but they can be too far away to reach. There are others near the bottom of the seat but they are not comfortable to use either. The programs are easy to use. They have an assortment to choose from including hills, and interval, as well as manual to set your own. There is not a save feature so saving your own program is out of the question. As long as you don't want to spend a lot of time on this bike or you have a weird body size you should be fine with this bike.
