Montel Williams wrote Living Well to help people help themselves. This book gives a lot of good advice about eating healthy and taking good care of your body and mind. Montel has included some recipes in his book, he has a section concerning exercise (with photos) and tells us about his 21 day Living Well Food and Workout Program.
I admire Montel Williams very much. He was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 1999, and the man has guts and determination which carry him from day to day. He shares a lot of good advice in this book of 279 pages, and he also has a section in the back of the book called Living Well Resources which lists books and websites of interest. This book is published by New American Library, and I would recommend it to anyone who would like to improve their life and eating habits and feel better. And who wouldn't.
