I've seen this product on store shelves for a few months now and had even picked up the boxes to look at them but was skeptical that a hair colorant could take darker hair and turn it blonde toned without a lot of smell, time and dry ends being the final outcome. How wrong I was!

This particular product is by far one of the nicest, put together, all encompassing hair colorant products I think I have ever purchased - and I've purchased a few!

Opening the box I discovered everything - and I do mean everything - to produce great results the first time. This particular product comes with a few steps and they are all worth the effort. The first step is a product called Moisure Infusion. This is a little tube of white cream that is a bit on the liquid consistency scale so you have to be careful when using it so that it doesn't run anywhere - applying this to the ends of the hair in particular, avoiding the roots, you rub it in well and let it sit for 2 minutes. This step is a protectant which from what I have seen works exceptionally well and I wish every hair colorant product came with this.

While you are waiting the 2 minutes, you simply pour the contents of the colorant bottle into the container that holds the active ingredients (application bottle) and then shake til thick and mixed well. Applying the colorant is quick and simple to do and although it does smell a little strong the first few minutes you put it on this dissipates rather quickly and for the 30 minute processing period, the smell isn't difficult to live with. After saturating the hair you simply wait for 30 minutes and then rinse clean with cool water.

After that process, you apply a small amount of yummy smelling shampoo - which is included in the kit - a first for me as most colorants I've ever used have never come with shampoo. This shampoo is also a bit on the runny side but you don't need very much of it to produce a terrific lather. Rinse this clear then apply the equally yummy smelling conditioner - the conditioner is thicker and again you don't need a lot. Once your hair has dried you apply the final step which is a Continuous Shine cream and again, a little goes a long way.

Overall, this particular product was exceptional from start to finish and it worked quickly and performed beautifully. I had highlighted my hair but the highlighting hadn't turned out evenly at the back which had disappointed me. This particular product retained my highlights but evened everthing out to create a great put together look that really looks natural and the condition of my hair is fabulous. Usually when I do something like this so soon after highlighting I'll end up with dried ends for a week or so til my conditioner can mend everything - this time around my hair felt silky soft, the ends were great looking and no dry areas were in evidence at all. Even flat ironing my hair was effortless as the flat iron added to the shine and enhanced the sheen of the blonde even more.

This is one terrific product that I wish I had taken a chance on long ago - for the cost you get an incredibly pampering experience that your hair absolutely loves and the results are so natural that if you have been "dreaming" of going blonde - this is definitely the product to make that dream come true. A class act from the box to the finished look - a definite 10 in my books.
