L'oreal Excellence To Go Is Not Good Enough Yet

I have used L'Oreal Excellence Creme for years which I recommended to a lot of friends. To-Go is the new product which reduces the production time from 25-30 mins to 10 mins. I bought it and tried twice. Since the liquid is much thicker than the previous product, the first experience was pretty frustrating which caused uneven and much darker coloring. I was upset. The second experiment was much better. I didn't following it's instruction that asked user to use partial of color for root for 5 mins first, which is impossible since the color is not enough, but applied all the color to the root at beginning then combed the color all through the hair at the end of the ten mins. The final color was good and covered most grey though I still have some issues w/ it:

1. The hole of applying bottle is too tiny. It hard to squeeze out the liquid smoothly and fast enough to meet the time frame.

2. The amount of the color is not enough even for the regular length of hair so some user suggested to use two bottles which is not reasonable.

3. The gloves provided are smaller than before so inconvenience.

It seems L'Oreal is replacing Excellence Creme w/ this To-Go. I wish they could improve it more and notify the status to their long-term customers.
