I have been collecting original DVDs since last year, yes it is more expensive than the pirated ones however, you can never question the quality of an original DVD.

I must admit though that for a movie grossing $246, 942, 017, there are some scenes where I do not understand the importance of it. Part of the scene of the movie Love Actually are about the naked couple. Maybe the director wanted to imply that no matter what your work is, love will still happen yet the director has the option to find other storyline rather than adding the naked scenes. The film would have been really great even without naked scenes anyways.

I like the idea that in the spirit of Christmas, love actually is all around us but to incorporate a story that will just make the movie more complicated is something else. The DVD actually contains some deleted scenes, I must say I prefer those deleted scenes over the scenes of the naked couple. I am not a conservative but somehow, for me, there is a proper way of incorporating sensual depictions in a movie. For it to become art, it should have a great importance in the scene.

Last Christmas, we had a film showing in our office but because of the nude scenes, this movie was not shown. Honestly, I did not understand what was going on in Richard Curtis' head and why there were nude scenes in a Christmas Movie. I like the idea of the prime minister falling in love, the problematic couple, the father and son tandem, the reborn singer, the friend in love with his friend's wife, the cross country lovers and even going to the united states to feel one's life is important to the other, just not the naked couple. For me the naked couple just failed to connect with the other storyline.
