Magic Kingdom at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, FL is my favorite of the four parks at WDW and maybe my most favorite travel destination within the United States. From the moment you enter the gates and walk onto Main Street, you can feel the magic in the air!

Magic Kingdom has six themed lands that surround Cinderella castle. The six lands are Tomorrowland, Fantasyland, Mickey's Toontown, Frontierland, Adventureland, and Liberty Square. There are many restaurants and shops, characters to meet, shows to see and so much more.

Tomorrowland is where you will find the exciting Space Mountain which is a indoor roller coaster in the dark! You will also find Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin (one of our favorites), Stitches Great Escape, and the new Monter's Inc. Laugh Floor. You'll find other attractions as well.

Fantasyland is perfect for the little kids and the kid at heart. In Fantasyland, you'll find the flying Dumbos, the Mad Hatter Tea Party (the Teacups), It's a small world, Peter Pan's Flight, Pooh's Huney Pots, Snow White Scary Adventure, and other attractions along with character Meet and Greet.

You can visit Mickey and Minnie's houses in Mickey's Toontown. Mickey and Minnie can be seen after their houses are toured. They also have the judge's tent, where you will find the princesses along with many of the other characters. For your toddler, they have Goofy's Barnstormer, a small but fun little roller coaster.

Frontierland is where you will find my daughter's two favorite rides, Splash Mountain and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. You can also see Tom Sawyer island and the Country Bear Jamboree.

Adventureland is the home to the family favorite, Pirates of the Carribean. Even the littlest of Disney Fans can ride this ride. You'll also find the Enchanted Tiki Room and the Jungle Cruise.

Liberty Square is where you will find the Haunted Mansion. It's a good ride, but does get kinda boring after you have ridden it a dozen times. However, I have heard that the Haunted Mansion is getting a makeover so I can't wait to ride it on our next trip this January!

Main Street USA is where you find numerous shops and The Main Street Bakery. The aroma from the Bakery fills Main Street and you can't help but find yourself inside eyeing all the delicious desserts. You will also find many characters on Main Street and just off of it.

For dining, you could choose the Crystal Palace to meet the gang from Winnie the Pooh, you could dine withe royal court at the castle, you could enjoy Italian at Tony's or just pick up a quick bite at Cosmic Rays or one of the other many counter service restuarants. You will also find snack carts throughout Magic Kingdom.

Magic Kingdom is not to be missed when visiting Central Florida. Take your children if you can. I would have loved to have gone as a child, but now I'm living it through my children. I LOVE THE MAGIC KINGDOM!!!
