The Mechanix Gloves are a very high quality and reliable pair of working gloves. I personally used them for metalworking, and I can say from experience that they are built to last. I used them daily for several months before wearing through them. They are very comfortable on the hand and have a very adjustable fit. They are padded and are made from a very gentle and pleasing material. They also come in an array of colors. However, the "Mechanix" logo on them tends to wear off and peel, especially after exposure to a lot of heat, but that is only one small penalty(if it would even bother you at all) to pay if you are looking for a high quality pair of gloves. In addition, they move fairly well, unlike a number of other gloves that restrict movement in the fingers. I would, however, say that the biggest drawback to these gloves is the higher cost, being anywhere from 25 dollars in price. Regardless, if you can spend the money and need the reliability, these are definitely the gloves you should be looking for.
