I bought the Medela Harmony as a portable, battery free double electric breast pump I typically use. I have not been disappointed. For a manual pump, it was an overall good buy. Medela is well known for quality breastfeeding accessories.

Appearance: The Harmony pump is pale yellow and white like many Medela bottles. It comes with two clear, BPA free bottles for breast milk storage which each have a yellow lid. It also has a bottle nipple with cap for feeding time. The pump attaches to either bottle and is clear with a white and yellow handle. The breast shield on the pump is made of patented SoftFit material to conform to your shape. I find the colors soothing and peaceful. It is also good for pumping for either gender of baby. Who really want pink or blue breast pump? Or a neon green one?

Use: The handle is quite comfy for a manual pump. After 20 minutes. of pumping my hand did get sore but I was able to pump for those 20 minutes at least. The hospital had given me a push and pull manual pump and I could never go more than 10 with it

Features: I like the let down mode on the pump quite a bit. The pump's two phase expression enabled me to get an amount of breast milk pumped that was comparable to what I can get with an electric pump.

Overall, this is a great pump for occasional use but still not as good as an electric pump.
