Almost 2 weeks before the 2008-2009 school year ends, my daughter has left some artworks to do at home. One of those is a creation of different fireworks thru the use of lines. We used a dark color of construction paper for that and for the water colors we decided for metallic watercolors to give life and sparks on the lines. She was happy then to see the end result and she wanted that for the next school year she will use the metallic watercolors for her artworks. This coming 2009-2010 school year, my daughter chose to buy a washable metallic watercolor. We went shopping for her school materials last Mother's Day and she was the one to pick this brand of washable metallic watercolors. She knows how metallic colors work on her piece as compared to other water colors whose shades are kind of pale and lacks the sparks she wants for her art. The brand she chose has 2 paint brushes packed with 16 metallic colors and the transparent cover can serve as a container for the water she needs.
I know she will be pretty excited to do her first artwork this coming school year with the use of her new metallic watercolors.
