I got these Mickey Mouse Christmas Ears at Mouse Surplus in Orlando, Florida. I have had them for two years and I believe they were actually sold during Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party for a few years. I haven't been back lately, so not sure if they are still available.

My mouse ears have two black plastic ears that are attached with grommets, so they won't fall off as easily if they had been stapled on.

Each ear has glittery silver snowflakes and the glitter has not fallen off at all.

The hat is red with white fake fur around the edge and there's a silver thread embroidered Santa Mickey Mouse profile on the front.

This hat is labeled one size fits all, but it just barely fits my head. I can bobby pin it on, but I can't wear it without fastening it somehow. It still makes an appearance every Christmas in our house though. And even Chopper, our mini dachshund thought it was for him when I went to take a picture of it. It barely fits on Stitch's head.

But Mouse Surplus is owned by a guy who began his Disney Collection in his house. He told us it got so overwhelming that his wife told him it had to go, or he did. So he got a small warehouse and relocated the stuff there. Needless to say, many years later, he has warehouses all over the place. His huge company runs an eBay store, where you can get some pretty cool items. He obtains furniture, decor, draperies, linens, etc. from the Disney resorts when they change out their designs. He also buys old merchandise that is no longer being marketed or offered at the Disney clearance centers in Orlando. He purchased and Monorail "Red" years ago and there was a big story when they transported it down I-4 to his warehouse. If you get a change to stop by his warehouses when in Orlando, I advise you go check it out. There are also many broken items that tourists have hastily handled - so you may come across a Princess figurine with no head, etc.

You just never know what you will find at Mouse Surplus and for $3.00, I wish they would have had more than just one of these when I was there. But at least I got one finally.

Here is a link to his hours of operation and directions on how to get there. Mouse Surplus
