My kids love desserts so I am in the process of making one for them at times I can. In doing so, it will be a lot easier if I will buy materials like molders to do my mommy-love job. They are fond of desserts like buko pandan, fruit salad, gelatin, and my versions of some homemade desserts.
I bought this Anchor's Bake Molder #6.5 to help me in making and preserving my desserts. I am making the dessert in lot but after doing so I place it in molders like this. I will fill the molder and then after that cover it with a plastic cling wrap to seal it and place it either on the fridge or in the freezer. I prefer it that way (to put dessert in a molder for some desserts) as if every container is assigned to a member of the family. During meal time, when I need to serve the dessert I just have to pull out 4 molders from the fridge/freezer enough for the family. In that way the remaining dessert will be kept untouched.
I just want to reiterate that I am using molders on some desserts like buko pandan, fruit salad, gelatin and the likes wherein preservation in separate containers is workable or possible.
