Mongol pencils are one reliable pencils. For a person like me who loves doodling and sketching, a good and strudy pencil is a necessity.
I remembered during primary school, my mom bought me those cheap panda pencils which easily breaks so she can save some money. Result, I keep on using the sharpener thereby reducing the life of the pencil and in turn have my mom buy yet another pencil for me. Rationale? She wasn't able to save at all.
She then bought my very first Mongol Pencil. Really sturdy pencil. After sharpening it, I can really feel the smoothnes of the wood covering the lead of the pencil and I only get to sharpen it once the lead is almost at the tip of the wood covering. I love using it. My mom gets angry because my books become full of doodles, hahaha. But that is okay because I get to showcase my talent in drawing.
Mongol pencil is not as expensive as those engineering pencils I used during college, I feel those pencils are not good for everyday use anyways, not like Mongol.
Mongol pencils have different shades, and they are numbered in accordance to it. In the office we use mongol 1 and mongol 2, we use this for surveys and exams. Yes we have exams for our employees, since our company is technical, we need to measure the technical abilities of our employees so that we will know which part of our entire operations they are challenged with, this information in turn will be used for coaching purposes.
I absolutely adore mongol pencils, it is not as expensive yet the quality is good. Truly, it is the business pencil of the world.
