I got this phone, for free, as an upgrade to extend my wireless contract. It is a slim phone, not bulky at all. The features are great and most of them useful. I actually had to trade the first one that I got for a new one because the camera feature was not accessible.

This phone has no flash for the camera function. Unlike some phones, you can't access, or use, the camera unless you open the phone up. It has a lot of internal storage to hold videos and pictures. You can also purchase a memory card for extra storage, if needed. The phone does have bluetooth, which I have yet to figure out all the uses of. It also has speakerphone as a useful option. It is also able to play actual songs instead of just the beats. The display screen is actually pretty big size. As far as navigation, the main circular key that you use a lot seems to be too small and sometimes you can hit the wrong button but I think one you get used to it that shouldn't be a problem.

The battery life seems to be good but I talk on the phone a lot so I run it dead really quick. It has up to 180 minutes talk time and 200 minutes stand by time. It recharges fairly quickly though.

Overall, it is truly and upgrade. It could use some user-friendly improvemnets but it is a reliable phone.
