I bought this phone a few months ago. I figured out all the keys within hours of getting it, which was a god-send because the user guide does explain hardly anything. I wouldn't recommend this phone to people with big fingers or long nail, the QWERTY pad is very tiny. I also wouldn't advise clumsy people-those whose are prone to dropping your phone-it's super sensitive to being dropped I would also suggest asking someone to call you immediately upon buying this phone, I got a faulty phone that does show caller I.D. AT ALL, you just have to guess whos calling.

I love all the other features. You can even make your phone quack or chirp when you take pictures. It also has a video recorder that works really well. It has quite a few ring tones as wel, and the wallpaper are really cool, they move (one is a flower that moves like flames)

The two game on the phone are temporary games, after playing a few times, it'll ask you to buy the product if you want to play more, which sucks.

Although this phone is touch tone, only part of this phones features allow you to 'touch and go'
