CAUTION: I am one of the many who have stiff sore joints. I spend alot of time on my feet each day from morning til night. As we age, we tend to have this problem too. I also believe that it is very important to wear the correct shoe to help prevent these problems. Feeling more and more achey each day, I decided to try a supplement known as Move Free Advanced by Schiff.

Move Free has glucosamine-chondroitin-uniflex-joint fluid. The advanced has triple strength plus MSM and Vitamin D. The label really sparks your interest. It states that they are a proud sponser of the Arthritis Foundation..."so I'm I". A blue strip running down the side states "The Formula 9 out of 10 doctors prefer". I wonder who that 10th doctor is....because I agree with him/her. I would not recommend it.

I will need to include information from the supplement bottle to thoroughly explain Move Free Advanced. There is a statement that Move Free starts comforting sore joints in less than seven days...."not for me"...and it was clinically tested.

This supplement contains shellfish: shrimp, crab, lobster and crayfish.....(crayfish...yuk). Why didn't I read the bottle more thoroughly in the store? The chondroitin sulfate is derived from bovine and porcine. (Yuk)

I started the dosage of Move Free as directed with two pills twice a day with food for ten days. Then, I was to go to one pill twice a day from there. I got "there" that is to one pill on the eleventh day and that was it for me!

I got even stiffer in my joints. There was tingling in my legs. I didn't want to move. I noticed my thumb joints were hurting as I typed on the computer. I never had a problem with my thumb joints. This product is not FDA approved. I wonder what other symptoms I would have if I continued....I'm sure stomach upset and constipation/diarrhea. I just did not want to go there. Enough was enough. Skip this product!
