I have an electric range which I purchased new last year and it has the new flat top panel. I was really excited when I purchased it I figured it had to be easier to keep the burners clean the old fashioned coiled burners. Well I was sorta correct except the cookware that I had left discolored circles on the burners and I became disappointed in the selection of the flat top electric stove. Yes, they had cleaners to use but they were messy and you had to keep reusing it over and over to remove the discoloration from the stove top. Then one of the ladies of the club told me about the Mr. Clean eraser an how good it was at removing just about anything off surfaces. I remember using it when bartending to remove lipstick off of glassware, but who would think it could remove somthing so stubborn as discoloration on the cook top surface. I figured I had nothing to lose so I bought one and gave it a shot. It is a life saver for my stove top, it's clean all the time because of the ease of using it and it is not messy. So, I can use it each time I do the dishes and clean the stove top, it is an answer for anyone who has a flat top cook top range. It makes it look like new all the time and now I know I made the correct choice in the cooking surface on my range. I do not mind cleaning my stove top and it does not take several squirts of cleaner like the other things I have tried. I one of the best cleaning invention I use and I thank my friend for the cecommendation. I would also recommend this to my family and friends it the best for a lot of hard to remove stains on common household items. Give it a Try you will like it.
