This is my absolute favorite workout video of all time. I bought it after seeing a review of it in Seventeen magazine a couple of years ago.
What I love about it is the variety in the workout. It is split into 6 sections, alternating cardio with weight training and getting progressively harder with each section. Instead of typical cardio routines, these routines combine moves based on sports, such as boxing, basketball, football and skating.
Another thing I like about it is that there aren't a ton of people bouncing around in leotards. It's just Elle MacPherson and her trainer, Karen. Elle kind of acts like a ditz at times, but Karen is direct and to the point in explaining the exercises.
I also like the music in the video. It's not disco or techno, like in most videos. Instead it features popular music artists, such as INXS and Sting.
I've bought several copies of this video over the years because I've never found one that I like better. It's a great workout for those at the intermediate level.
