I finished reading another book on the beach today. This one is by Mary Higgins Clark. It is a set of four short stories about Henry Parker Britland and his wife, Sandra O'Brien Britland - better known as Sunday. Sunday and Henry are a husband and wife detective team. Henry is the former president of the United States and Sunday is a congresswoman. They are an interesting combination of crime fighters.
Each of these stories are very short and not very complicated but they are easy to read and fun. This is a great book for the beach or just for an easy read but I like some of Mary Higgins Clark's more involved crime stories. But if you are looking for a quick, easy read, consider this set of short stories.
