My daughter was sick that time, another asthma attack so I brought her to the Clinic, my company is affiliated with, for a free medical check up. Thank goodness for HMOs with unlimited dependents...
Whilst waiting for her turn, I let her play on a make shift playground within the clinic. The playground had these stuffed toys and one of them was a little stallion. When my daughter saw the stallion she uttered "Horsy". The first animal she recognized in her baby books. She keep playing with this "Horsy" and would not let the toy go. I just let her bring the toy whilst inside one of the doctors' check-up rooms within the clinic. When it is time to go, I had to find ways so that my daughter would leave the toy in the clinic but she would not let it go to the point that she resorted into crying. My daughter is a bit of a drama queen, even if she just forced herself to cry you would see real tears in eyes a big as a puoring rain, you can't help but feel sorry. Finally she let go of the toy and we went home.
One time, I was window shopping at the mall and tried to check out one outlet to another. Everytime I windowshop, I will always end up in the toy store even when I was still in college. So my foot took me to Toy Kingdom and I was already checking out some toys before I even knew it. Then, when I reached the stuffed toys section where I saw a little stallion. The same stallion my daughter went wild at the clinic for. I had to buy this toy, it has a significant history in my daughter's first year.
I had to shell out some huge cash since this toy is a bit expensive but it is worth it. My daughter was so happy she keep riding the horse and even let it sleep beside her.
