I work for a manufacturing firm as the secreatary to the President and all the salesmen. Among many of my jobs one is keeping track of all the bosses phone numbers of people that he keeps in touch with.
This little rolodex caddy keeps me organzied and all the information I need right at my fingertips. I have had this for all of the 18 years that I have worked for the company and still use it everyday. It has a center rolodex to keep phone numbers and addresses, one side has a little well that I keep change in (for when I need a snack from the vending machine to get me through the day LOL!) and the other side holds post it notes. ON the back is a slot that I keep business cards that I have gotten from vendors over the years and next to that is a little well for pens.
This little organzier has kept my boss and I happy for 18 years. I don't know if Rolodex still makes this but they should. It is not bulky sits nicely on my desk and keeps everything right at hand. I am not sure you can see from the picture but after 18 years its gotten quite a bit of use and still looks pretty good. I would love to get a new one but can't seem to find this anymore.
