Namaste Yoga is a great yoga program on the Fit Channel. It is extremely challenging, and if you haven't done much yoga before and/or you are not very flexible it is even more so (I most definitely fall into the latter category). This program also focuses a lot on breath and how it works with the movements you do. If it is a particularly difficult sequence, the narrator tells you this upfront, which is great--you have an idea of what you're getting into. In addition, the warm-ups and cool-downs are movements that you can work into your daily routine without too much hassle, especially if you don't have time to work out. Be prepared to sweat--regardless of whether or not the movements are considered difficult, you will get a very good workout! The program runs thirty (30) minutes, including commercials, so I suggest using the DVR to record the program so you have FF through the commercials so your workout isn't interrupted too much.
