Maybe I just expected too much from these nasal strips. I have a lot of problems with my allergies and with that comes snoring, which sometimes wakes me up so I know it is disrupting at the very least my husband.
After discussing this with my pharmacist he suggested I try these nasal strips that his wife use, he said they worked for her. I figured for under $4.00 what did I have to loose?
I tried them my first night that I got them, it looks much like a band air and fits across the bridge of your nose. You simply pull it off of the wax paper and place it on your nose as shown on the back of the box.
I could feel that it opened my nasal cavity, but that was it. I could not tell that I was breathing easier at all, and according to my husband it did not hep with the snoring either, but then again the problem could of been it came off during my sleep.
I tried it one more time the next night, to no avail. I tried it, it did not work for me, but then again it was only $4.00.
