The "number one dermotologist recommended" acne scrub fails in controlling oil and fighting acne. It's not even worth the money of a cheap drugstore brand. It's great for a daily scrub if you don't have acne and just want to wash your face, but if you want clear skin try using clean & clear or dermotologist prescribed products. It didn't work for me and I have oily skin, however, it might work for someone with mild acne and normal skin. It's a very weak product, and definitely not what you should buy if you have moderate to severe acne. It's natural ingredients such as cucumber and avocado are one of the few positive aspects of this product. The application is simple to massage onto your face but difficult to remove due to blue beads that stick to your skin and get clogged in your pores. The product doesn't lather very well and feels kind of slimy on your skin. It falsely states on the container that it helps fight acne under your skin before you break out, but I didn't see a decrease in breakouts from before I used the product and to after. It cleans your face and reduces pimples for a brief time, but then your skin returns to it's normal, acne plagued self.
