Okay. This one really does do what it says it will do. Finally!

I really, really wanted micro-dermabrasion but couldn't afford it at the dermatologists office. I was hopeful when the at home kits starting coming out. This one by Neutrogena isn't expensive at all for what you get and for what it does. At Walgreens, it was 19.99 and it came with the hand held - what do I call it? Vibrator? Well, It does vibrate. It also comes with two sponges that snap on to the hand piece and a jar of moisturizer with crystals in it. It also came with the batteries, which was a big plus since I always forget to buy them!

The instructions recommend that you wash your' face first and then after attaching the sponge head, you dip it into the moisturizing crystals and then dap those crystals on your' cheeks, forehead, nose and chin. I also did my neck. Then you just turn the handle on and move the sponge in small circles all over your' face for about five minutes. Then rinse. The crystals feel like fine sand but the moisturizer makes up for it because it softens as you use the dermabrasion handle.

You do have to use an anti-bacterial soap to clean the sponges but mine have lasted for four months and the replacement sponges are only six dollars for two.

They recommend that you use it everyday for the first week to get rid of all of the dead skin cells and then once a week after to maintain healthy skin. This left my skin glowing and soft. It also feels like a deep massage to your' face and neck. I really like this product and will continue to use it. The moisturizing crystals are around 10.00 for a refill and it lasts me about a month. Good product!
