I had friends of the family come in on Monday. On Tuesday, we went shopping to many of the stores in my town. One of the places we stopped at was Coldwater Creek because it was one of my friends favorite stores. I've never shopped there before.
After browsing for a little while, this shirt caught my eye. I liked the bandage-style weaving of fabric in the front of it. I also liked its classic, dark blue color which is very "me." The material is really soft and smooth and is 94% rayon and 6% spandex, made in Vietnam. I picked up a size small to start with and it was way too baggy on me. I was buying smalls or mediums usually in shirts, so it surprised me that it was so roomy in there! The salesperson got me another in a size smaller; it fit much better was still a bit roomy. One of my friends said I probably could go down a little more, but when I asked about an XXS, they said they didn't sell that. They said they might have a petite small, but they couldn't find one there.
I decided that I wanted the shirt in the size I had (XS), but when I got ready to pay, I noticed a lightish spot on the front. I asked if they had any others in this size. She checked in the computer and said that was the only one in stock. I decided to buy it, but asked if they could lower the price since there was a spot on it. Of course, the spot could come out in the wash, but it might not. They took 10% off for that. They took an additional 20% off because I had a coupon.
I'm pleased with my purchase. I can't wait for cooler weather to wear it!
