Yes, I have a bad habit. I am a smoker. I have tried to quit a few times, and I haven't had a lot of luck.
I tried Nicorette white ice mint gum in the 2 mg formula a few weeks ago, and unfortunately it didn't work for me.
I found the process of chew for a second and tuck into the cheek, then repeat to be annoying. If I am chewing gum, I want to chew the gum, not leave it in my cheek for half of the time. Also, my cravings for a cigarette returned too quickly.
I have heard that many people were successful with the help of nicorette, but sadly this product has not helped me quit.
I thought the gum itself tasted really nasty, and that was another problem, I simply didn't want to use it after having that icky burning sensation in my mouth, while the gum was tucked in my cheek.
Well, I guess this product isn't the one for me, if it has helped you quit I am very glad. I wouldn't recommend nicorette, but I also wouldn't not recommend it. I guess I have a neutral opinion, as it does work for some people, but not everyone.
