I have some small knives in the kitchen but their sizes are limited only to soft and small materials like fruits and vegetables . This Nivella kitchen knife, an 8- inch long, serrated, stainless blade with a 5- inch black handle in it is so easy and handy. It can cut frozen fishes and other meats. This kitchen tool is a gift from my sister way, way back in the 1990's. "Rostfrei" meaning "rust free", normally is attributed to knives, stainless and free from rust but the best feature it has such as its toughness, dependability and sharpness all the way through this length of time and usage is commendable. I have not tried any other brand yet or other kind of knives for tough cutting jobs except this Nivella, thanks to my sister. Maybe, after sometime, I will consider buying another one of the same kind of brand after the old one has gone already into wear and tear or deteriorated. Again, thanks to my sister!
